This was a difficult change of use development with Hobart City Council and the Tenancy Act. With persistence and a great team of consultants, the new Gym is now open and we have created a great space for one of Australia's growing 24hr fitness franchises.

The owners of this luxury hotel situated on the banks of the Derwent River in historic New Norfolk wanted a new classically designed pavilion to compliment the main historic building. With a strict brief to not detract from the main building, the architectural language speaks of subtly and sophistication.
